wsync: 同步权重步接受(用户风格重设计,knee撤回) — opt.step前快照params+动量,下步nudged relax过同一_legal门,非法即p←(p+snap)/2折半重放(预算复用beta_sync语义),折半到底整步回滚+skip;零新常数,模型函数零改动;42M引爆预检+死亡窗口重放已排c190后
